DESCRIPTION:John Simenon\, hijo del escritor\, será uno de los protagonistas del festival BCNegra 2017. El próximo 2 de febrero acudirá al mismo para hablar sobre la obra de su padre y el último libro publicado por Acantilado\, La noche de la encrucijada\, que estará en venta en el mismo evento días antes de su llegada a las librerías.\n\nUno de los grandes de la novela negra sigue igual de vivo hoy\, en pleno siglo XXI\, como durante aquel siglo XX que retrató tan bien. Y es que su serie de Maigret compone un legado atemporal\, un universo literario en el que tanto el héroe como los villanos poseen sentimientos y son\, al fin\, profundamente humanos.
